Junior Planner – Paid Internship

Adecco is recruiting a
Junior Planner
for its client, an Italian industrial group specialized in construction and civil engineering.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the Program of Works (Execution Schedule) using Primavera software or similar, including all related reports (Narrative report, Critical Path, list of Equipment, calendar, etc.);

Monitor actual progress vs planned progress;

Prepare delay analysis for Claims – either from the Client or from Subcontractors vs Contractor;

Prepare all reports needed for Cost Control analysis;

Check the performance of Site Production and/or Subcontractors/Service Providers;

Point out critical issues or delayed activities compared to the planned schedule;

Prepare monthly reports for the Client;

Prepare schedules to be annexed to Supplier Contracts and/or Subcontracts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in business, computer science, or engineering;

Good knowledge of Excel;

Always striving for continuous improvement;

A critical thinker with great attention to detail.
