Personal Assistant to the CFO

eager to streamline processes and contribute to a modern, tech-enabled practice. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional. You'll be trusted with routines, tracking, and coordination where precision matters more than improvisation. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in doing things properly, predictably, and repeatedly. What we expect:

  • You're naturally organised and proactive.
  • You work well with checklists, reminders, and routines.
  • You don't get bored by repetition — you get better at it.
  • You work collaboratively and you're polite, but not afraid to ask "Have you done this yet?"
  • You care about keeping things in order, both digitally and physically.
  • You speak Romanian fluently, and your English is clear and professional (written & spoken).
  • You're comfortable using Client Portals and collaborative tools like Google Drive, Sheets, Docs — and you're curious to learn more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CFO with day-to-day tasks and documentation workflows
  • Manage both digital documentation (Client Portal, shared folders) and physical archive files
  • Prepare consolidated reports as requested by the CFO
  • Follow up with experts and clients to collect routine data or confirm status
  • Handle recurring internal tasks
  • Assist with small errands when needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an accounting firm
  • Proven experience working with workflows and automation
  • Familiarity with Romanian tax reporting requirements

Compensation

  • Initial net salary:
    €550–€650 / month depending on qualifications and experience
  • Ticket dejeuner
  • Monthly Bonus: 10% of the value of optional services you deliver to clients.
  • Support for ACCA / Romanian professional qualifications in accounting, audit, tax advisory
