We are seeking an experienced and driven
Lead Structural Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design and development of complex civil and industrial structures, guiding a team of engineers and ensuring technical excellence across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design activities for industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Perform and review advanced structural calculations and validate technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with architecture, construction, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
  • Drive innovation and optimization in structural solutions to meet client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum
    5–8 years of experience
    in structural design, with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, or similar).
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced level of English.
