The purpose of IT Application Support Engineer position is to provide support to the applications used at the stations, their components from the head office and to the SAP modules used by MOL Romania.
Location: Cluj-Napoca/Bucuresti

As a IT Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible with:

• Monitors the functionality of data flows between applications used at stations, their head office components and SAP modules, and also the functionality of automated processes.

• Provides 2nd level support for problems reported by stations and 1st level support for problems reported by colleagues at the offices.

• Provides full support for in-house developed applications.

• On request, he develops SQL scripts for querying databases, develops scripts for automating processes.

• Contributes to the software development process, which includes planning, analyzing, developing, developing specifications, testing applications, and organizing UAT tests for business colleagues

• Develops the documentation related to the projects: Test Scenarios, User manual, Training material.

• Contributes to the training of the end users of the applications

We are exciting, if you have:

• Professional experience of minimum 2 years;

• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications;

• Knowledge of application platforms and development technologies;

• Knowledge about the functionalities and interaction of applications in the Retail field;

• Programming knowledge

• Excel knowledge (functions, tables, pivot table, filtering);

• English knowledge.
