What you'll do

• Client Relationship & Communication (40%)
• Primary Liaison: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project-related communications, ensuring transparency and alignment between the agency team, the client's Product Owners, and key business stakeholders.
• Expectation Management: Proactively manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, capacity, and feature delivery, focusing on maintaining a positive, trust-based relationship.
• Status Reporting: Lead regular client status meetings, providing clear, concise, and accurate reports on progress, risks, dependencies, and budget consumption.
• Scope & Change Management: Facilitate the scoping and prioritization process, managing change requests and their impact on the overall digital roadmap.
• Delivery Management & Governance (40%)
• Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AEM features and initiatives, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon Agile framework (Scrum or Kanban).
• Team Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration between the AEM Technical Lead, developers, QA analysts, and designers to remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and maintain a consistent velocity.
• Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project burn rate, resource allocation, and budget against agreed-upon statements of work (SOWs), ensuring high delivery efficiency and profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Partner with the QA Analyst and Technical Lead to ensure all delivered features meet the required quality bar, with a specific focus on security, performance, and compliance necessary for the Swiss insurance sector.
• Risk, Compliance, and Context (20%)
• Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks (technical, resource, and client-side dependencies) that could impact the successful delivery of the digital platform.
• Compliance Advocate: Understand the client's compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, Swiss FINMA) and work with the technical team to ensure delivery processes and output strictly adhere to these regulations.
• Domain Alignment: Maintain a functional understanding of the insurance domain to better align technical delivery with the client's business objectives (e.g., policy lifecycle, claims process).

What you need to be successful

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Project Management, Delivery Management, or a client-facing SPOC role, ideally within a digital agency or IT consultancy.
• CMS Expertise: Direct experience managing large-scale projects centered on enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), with a strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Client Management: Proven track record of successfully managing communications and expectations for major enterprise clients, preferably in the financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
• Methodology: Expert proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Working proficiency in German or French is highly advantageous for a Swiss client portfolio.
