Sales Director

As Sales Director for Romania at GetResponse, you'll be at the forefront of our growth in a vibrant and fast-evolving market. You'll lead the charge by building and inspiring a high-performing sales team, driving revenue with a focus on mid-market and enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the entire sales journey - from crafting go-to-market strategies and building a robust pipeline, to closing deals and smashing ambitious targets. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - from Marketing to Product to Customer Success - using real market insights to tailor approaches that truly resonate with Romanian businesses.
Beyond driving revenue, you'll be the face of GetResponse in Romania: representing us at key industry events, building strategic partnerships, and growing brand awareness in the market.

Main tasks:
- own and execute a tailored sales strategy for Romania's mid-market and enterprise clients
- build and lead a top-performing sales team, empowering them to surpass targets and sharpen their skills through ongoing coaching
- generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships
- collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Enablement to maximize sales effectiveness
- represent GetResponse at industry events, strengthening key client and partner relationships
- monitor sales performance metrics, ensure CRM accuracy, and adjust tactics for continuous growth
You may be the perfect fit if you:
- bring 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, especially with mid-market and enterprise clients
- have experience building, leading, and inspiring motivated sales teams
- are energized by a dynamic environment and driven to deliver measurable results
- communicate confidently in English (B2 level or above)
- understand the Romanian digital marketing and advertising ecosystem inside out
- are proactive and skilled at establishing and maintaining lasting client relationships
Salary:
- 4,000 EUR monthly base salary
- Monthly uncapped sales commissions
- Annual performance bonus (10% annual base salary)
