Customer Needs Specialist
is to understand day-to-day business needs of entrepreneurs and turn them into actionable customer-centric opportunities.

What will you be doing:

  • Understand the needs of entrepreneurs and gather daily business insights by observing and talking to entrepreneurs.
  • Regularly carry out exercises to identify the needs of our companies clients in order to determine ways to improve digital and offline experiences.
  • Discover and explore new opportunities for the development of digital products and services through qualitative, quantitative & market research.
  • Periodically prepare reports and presentations based on primary and secondary research.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and departments in order to gather all the necessary information regarding a product/service.
  • Analyze the opportunities from a business point of view and translate the long term vision into concrete actions.
  • Ensure the implementation of opportunities. Help the Product Owner / Product Manager to carry out the implementation.

We would also love to see that:

  • You have
    professional experience or background in the financial/banking sector
    , which helps you understand customer needs, regulatory context, and business dynamics;
  • You have experience with
    qualitative research
    (interviews, focus groups, design thinking workshops) and
    quantitative research methods
    ;
  • You have
    data management
    and
    analysis skills
    ;
  • You cand easily
    collaborate
    and
    manage
    tasks/part of projects;
  • You are
    agile
    and
    flexible
    ;
  • You can
    extract ideas
    ,
    synthesize
    and
    communicate
    them;
  • You have
    analytical
    and
    structured thinking
    ;
  • You have skills for writing and
    presenting
    documents;
  • You are
    autonomous
    in taking decisions and
    proactive
    ;
  • Your
    English
    language level is
    advanced
    .

Would be great but not necessary if you have knowledge of:

  • Visual collaboration tools like
    Miro
    ;
  • Prototyping tools like
    Figma
    and
    Adobe XD
    ;
  • Graphic editing tools like
    Illustrator/Photoshop
    .
