Your Role:

As a Software Developer at Capgemini, you will be part of an Agile team delivering innovative data acquisition and analysis software solutions. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with global teams to design, develop, test, and debug software enhancements using C++ technologies.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing and developing high-quality software solutions utilizing C++ in Windows environments
• Participating in technical discussions and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities
• Identifying, tracking, and managing defects throughout the software development lifecycle
• Mentoring software engineers across different experience levels and geographies
• Contributing to requirements gathering, writing software specifications, use cases, and user stories
• Estimating and planning software development projects with attention to timelines and deliverables
• Implementing unit testing, automation practices, and supporting CI/CD pipelines
• Following formal software development processes while maintaining quality standards

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of C++ development experience, with at least 2+ years delivering solutions in Windows environments
• Demonstrated understanding of MFC/WPF application frameworks and object-oriented design principles
• Experience working with RDBMS, SQL, and specifically Oracle database technologies
• Background in developing software for regulatory approval processes
• Proficiency in implementing unit testing, automation, and CI/CD practices
• Experience following formal software development methodologies and processes
