Overview
:
We are looking for a
Plant Maintenance Officer – Packaging
, responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of packaging equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role directly supports production performance and cost optimization within the Packaging department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update technical data related to production equipment.
• Develop, implement, and review preventive and autonomous maintenance plans.
• Plan, monitor, and reallocate daily/weekly/annual maintenance tasks and resources.
• Manage spare parts procurement, classification (A/B/C), and stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for equipment in CMMS (SAP PM).
• Ensure legal compliance for equipment safety requirements (ISCIR, CNCAM, lifting systems, etc.).
• Analyze and allocate maintenance costs per equipment/line/department; propose budget optimization.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions (level 2).
• Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (weekly, monthly, annual).
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing Maintenance Pillar standards.

Descriere Profil
Requirements (must have):

• Technical university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings.
• Proficiency in SAP PM and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced skills in preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
• Advanced skills in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Advanced SAP competencies.
• English language – intermediate level (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations (LOTO, machinery safety, etc.) – intermediate.

Requirements (nice To Have)

• Experience in packaging industry or FMCG environment.
• Proven track record in cost optimization projects.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage external suppliers and OEM technicians effectively.
