Manager - Accounting Advisory Services
.

Main objectives

As a Manager within the Accounting Advisory Services team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting solutions to clients across various industries. The position involves leading projects related to IFRS conversions, regulatory changes, and complex transactions, while providing expert technical accounting guidance. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to shaping best practices in financial reporting and advisory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and provide subject matter expertise on technical accounting as well as practical implications relating to new accounting standards.
  • Respond to clients' ongoing ad-hoc accounting queries.
  • Perform detailed technical accounting analyses, including formal accounting opinions where required.
  • Provide clients with advice on technical accounting issues and broader impacts of new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
  • Manage engagement teams, mentoring junior professionals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and internal methodology development.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in an IFRS reporting, accounting advisory or audit environment.
  • Strong technical IFRS knowledge.
  • ACCA or a similar professional qualification finalized or in progress.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English (advanced level).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a high-performance environment, with a strong teamwork spirit.
