About The Role

As a Backend Developer at Legentic, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product to be more SaaS-oriented. You will engage in building features that address customer needs and implement them effectively.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing robust backend infrastructure and processes to handle large volumes of data and requests.
• Innovating ways to collect and integrate data to help our customers prevent fraud.
• Creating tools and practices to better understand customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Managing and developing search and storage engines, and creating meaningful interfaces.
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

About You

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with 
  Python
• Good understanding of DevOps
• Experience using a web framework like FastAPI
• Sharing a GitHub profile with projects is a big plus
• Knowledge of tools such as OpenSearch(ElasticSearch), ClickHouse
• Experience in working with AWS
   or other cloud vendors
• Experience working with container orchestration technologies (e.g. 
  Kubernetes
  )
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills in 
  English

Good to have

• Knowledge of a second programming language
• BSc or MSc
   in computer science, data science, engineering, or a similar discipline
• Experience with data pipelines is a plus
• Experience with 
  Django framework, FastAPI
   is a plus
