Responsabilități:

  • Urmărește și gestionează desfășurarea contractelor din portofoliu;
  • Asigură respectarea termenelor contractuale (intervenție, aprovizionare, facturare);
  • Pregătește și actualizează anexe, devize și centralizatoare necesare facturării către beneficiari;
  • Elaborează și transmite rapoarte și documente aferente contractelor;
  • Pregătește oferte pentru lucrări suplimentare sau resurse adiționale;
  • Introduce comenzile departamentului Service & Mentenanță în sistem, în vederea facturării;
  • Monitorizează procesul de aprovizionare cu echipamente și materiale la punctele de lucru;
  • Negociază, redactează și urmărește contractele cu subcontractorii;
  • În colaborare cu departamentul Achiziții, lansează și monitorizează comenzile pentru echipamente și materiale;
  • Verifică stocurile și consumurile de materiale și echipamente;
  • Îndeplinește alte sarcini trasate de superiorul direct, în sfera de activitate.

Cerințe:

  • Studii: studii superioare;
  • Experiență: minim 2 ani în domeniul managementului contractelor;
  • Operare PC (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Limba engleză – nivel mediu;
Abilități:
  • Capacitatea de a redacta și analiza contracte;
  • Gândire analitică și atenție la detalii;
  • Abilități de comunicare, planificare și organizare;
  • Adaptabilitate și spirit de echipă.

Condiții de muncă:

  • Program de lucru: 8 ore/zi, ore/săptămână (8:45 – 17:15);
  • Pauză de masă: 30 minute.
