What You Will Be Doing

• Knowledge Codification through BrainLifts: Systematically document and structure your deepening expertise in learning science and user needs, creating intellectual assets that align human teams and AI systems toward common understanding and decision-making
• Rapid Iteration via OODA Loops: Execute swift, evidence-based product cycles that identify critical problems, develop solutions, deploy changes within a week, and measure outcomes against concrete success metrics

What You Won't Be Doing

• Creating traditional product roadmaps or dictating feature specifications
• Jumping to solutions before mastering the educational domain and developing deep user empathy
• Engaging in prolonged development cycles—our rhythm is weekly shipping, not monthly planning
• Delving into technical implementation details or architectural decisions

Basic Requirements
Principal Product Manager key responsibilities

• 4+ years in product leadership with demonstrable ownership of product vision and core problem-solution hypotheses
• Track record of successfully shepherding at least one complete product (not just features) from conception to market launch, achieving minimum $1M revenue with real external users
• Demonstrated proficiency integrating AI tools into your professional workflow for enhanced research, analysis, strategic thinking, and synthesis

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
