Cautam un coleg / o colega care sa sprijine buna desfasurare a celor doua linii de business Nespresso, B2C si B2B, prin realizarea de rapoarte si analize de clienti si vanzari, de campanii pentru clienti si de campanii de E-mail Marketing.

O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:
  • Propui, identifici, creezi si obtii rapoarte pentru evaluarea comportamentului clientilor Nespresso, B2B si B2C, a vanzarilor si a campaniilor pentru clienti.
  • Realizezi prezentari interne privind rezultatele campaniilor.
  • Evaluezi Best Practices CRM disponibile la nivel international si coordonezi activitatea pentru obtinerea de rapoarte si insight-uri relevante pe plan local.
  • Oferi sprijin in propunerea, gestionarea și evaluarea calendarului anual cu activitati CRM: promotii si campanii pentru reactivare, prevenire inactivare, crestere frecventa, crestere comanda de cafea, loializare etc.
  • Setezi mecanismele promotionale in Neosoft.  
  • Oferi sprijin catre B2C & CRM Manager la estimarea de volume si de KPIs de CRM la nivel de luna. 
  • Realizezi analiza competitiva si cercetarile de piata pentru a identifica oportunitati de crestere.
  • Monitorizezi tendintele din industrie si comportamentul consumatorilor pentru a sustine planificarea strategica.
  • Construiesti rapoarte in sistemul de gestionare a bazei de date (SAP HANA, Snowflake, Knime, Power BI) si sprijini departamentele Nespresso.

  • Foarte bune cunostinte MS Office: Excel, Power Point
  • Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza
  • Cunostinte SQL, BI
  • Studii superioare finalizate
  • Cunoasterea / intelegerea principiilor de marketing
  • Excelente abilitati de comunicare si relationare
