What we are looking for

A Mid-Level Java Engineer with strong experience in building secure, scalable, and efficient applications using Java and related frameworks. You are comfortable working in agile, complex environments, have experience with modern cloud and DevOps practices, and bring a collaborative "can-do" attitude to the team.

With these skills, you are our perfect match

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, JPA, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security

● Strong understanding of backend principles

● Understanding of public cloud environments (preferably AWS) and CI/CD processes.

● Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

● Awareness of software security concepts, preferably in fintech contexts.

● Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, transparency, and solution-oriented mindset

● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Comfortable in agile environments; able to take ownership, communicate clearly, and ship value continuously.

How you'll drive success

● Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code in Java.

● Implement new features across existing applications.

● Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.

● Participate in the full product lifecycle within an agile development team.

● Perform functional testing alongside end users.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

● Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

● Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and best practices
