We are looking for our client, a
global Leader in Information Technology services and Consulting
, to hire a
Collections Process Associate with French
. This role will focus on meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team, delivering a high-quality and cost-effective service, and overseeing the process and customer service decisions.
Objectives
Monitoring accounts and contacting clients to ask about their overdue payments, investigating and resolving unapplied payments, initiating refunds for overpayments, updating account status records and collection efforts, reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
What you would do & responsibilities
- Monitoring accounts and contacting clients to inquire about their overdue payments
- Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
- Initiating refunds for overpayments
- Updating account status records and collection efforts
- Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
Qualification/Certification requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level)
- Customer service skills are a must
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Team player attitude
- No previous experience required, making this an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates
Please note that this position allows for 60% remote work, making it a great opportunity for those looking for flexibility in their work schedule.
There is no requirement for mobility or travel for this role.
