Senior Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving leasing proposals from Sales division and checking the completeness of the credit file;
  • Preparing the financial template (MA model) and complete financial analysis for all involved parties within proposed transaction;
  • Due diligence for all involved parties within proposed transaction;
  • Identifying the credit risks associated to Borrower/transaction;
  • Assessing the creditworthiness and repayment capacity of borrowers in relation to the proposed transaction;
  • Checking property documents from the supplier;
  • Issuing its credit opinion on the appropriateness and credit risk of the proposed financing transaction;

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financing sector;
  • Analytic skills;
  • Organizational skills, ability to assimilate new knowledge;
  • Good communication skills, team spirit;
