Position Overview:

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving the test automation framework and overall quality assurance processes. You will be part of a dedicated QA team, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their AI-powered contact center solutions meet rigorous quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in developing the automation strategy, promoting new ideas and best practices into agile workflows, and ensuring rapid, reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a robust test automation framework for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Mentor and inspire less experienced QA team members to ensure best practices in automation and manual testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate QA processes into agile development cycles.
  • Work with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring early detection of defects.
  • Monitor test results and performance metrics to drive improvements in development and QA processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure test coverage aligns with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on quality metrics, testing progress, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Testcafe, or Playwright.
  • Available for hybrid schedule (3 days per weeks onsite in the first months, then 1 day per week onsite)
  • Proficiency in at least one JavaScript-flavored programming language.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software testing best practices, and QA metrics.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
