Client Advisor with Spanish

We are in the business of helping people: we resolve customer questions, complaints and requests via telephone.

• Do you have advanced Spanish and English skills-
• Are you very skilled in using a computer-
• Detail oriented. Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
• Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
