Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Filipeştii de Pădure. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks to support the efficient functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, maintaining records, preparing reports, arranging meetings, and assisting with clerical tasks. The role also involves providing executive-level support as required and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively manage schedules and support organizational operations.
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as record keeping, documentation, and maintaining general office organization.
• Excellent Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
