Senior Associate, People Engineering

In this role, you will play a part in designing and implementing engineering solutions focused on automation, efficiency, and resiliency. You'll collaborate with senior management and analysts to support end-to-end solution delivery.

What You'll Do

• Support the People Engineering roadmap and implement solutions based on project assignments.
• Handle Business-as-Usual (BaU) requests within the assigned area in line with SLAs.
• Support internal testing and Workday Releases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and frameworks, driving efficiency through automation and Workday features.
• Apply structured thinking and data-driven approaches to solve problems, test assumptions, and learn from outcomes. Support team decisions through evidence, insight, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and support other team members.
• Communicate findings clearly—both written and verbal—to a range of stakeholders.
• Take ownership of your work and show initiative. We value curiosity and accountability

What You Bring

• Experience with Workday architecture (HCM) and one or more areas such as Talent & Performance Management, Learning, Core Compensation, Time Off/Absence, Time Tracking, and third-party Payroll modules.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, security architecture, and business process flows in one or more of the areas above.
• Experience in Workday Extend and/or coding is an advantage.
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in raising issues or insights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage deadlines across time zones.
• A proactive mindset—you enjoy learning and improving how things work.
• Workday Certification in any focus area is an advantage.
