As Strategic Procurement Manager in the field of Construction Services, you will manage sourcing projects and supplier relationships to deliver cost-efficient and compliant procurement solutions. You'll help drive performance and value in a highly collaborative, project-oriented environment. Team members in Romania provide services to support the team based in Switzerland.

What you will do:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with category goals and procurement strategy
  • Support project procurement with timely, cost-effective purchasing in alignment with project milestones
  • Conduct supplier analysis, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement standards
  • Drive supplier performance monitoring and reporting to enhance value delivery
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to define and fulfill requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within your category

What you bring & who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, supply chain or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement in construction or infrastructure
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in using procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and digital sourcing platforms
  • Detail-oriented, structured and proactive in managing multiple procurement activities
  • German B1-Level and English in a professional context
