Job Title: Salesperson – Working at Height & Safety Equipment

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organised Salesperson to join our shop specialising in working at height equipment, rope access gear, PPE, workwear, safety boots, and sea survival equipment. The role combines in-store sales, order processing, and online shop management, serving customers in both Romanian and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling equipment in-store and online, providing professional product advice

• Making and placing orders with suppliers

• Preparing offers and quotations for customers

• Packing and preparing equipment for delivery or collection

• Managing daily operations of the online shop (product listings, orders, updates)

• Communicating with customers in Romanian and English

• Using Excel for orders, stock tracking, pricing, and reports

• Handling sales transactions, returns, and after-sales support

• Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and merchandising

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written)

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel

• Sales or customer service experience

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Good communication and time-management skills

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience with working at height, rope access, PPE, marine, offshore, or industrial equipment

• Knowledge of safety standards (EN / CE)

• Experience managing an online shop or e-commerce platform

• Previous experience with stock or order management
