Job Description
In this role, you will develop high-performance software solutions and leverage AI/ML to optimize workflows and automate processes. By designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and integrating modern tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll bring innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, driving efficiency and excellence.

In your new role you will:

Software Development:

• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-performance software solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Develop and deliver robust tools and systems using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Perl
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with project requirements

AI/ML Development:

• Apply AI/ML techniques to solve engineering problems and automate processes for increased efficiency and accuracy
• Research and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making (e.g., reinforcement learning or rule-based systems) to optimize workflows and tool performance
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models while ensuring robust data pipelines and efficient inference systems

CI/CD and Automation:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development, deployment, and testing processes
• Automate repetitive tasks using modern tools and methodologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
• Recommend and enforce best development practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and efficient software solutions

Your Profile
You are a team player who thrives on tackling technical challenges, with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations and deliver impactful solutions. You combine your technical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and approachable attitude, contributing meaningfully to the team's success and achieving shared goals.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on delivering complex projects
• Proven experience designing, deploying, or optimizing AI/ML solutions, including both supervised learning and autonomous AI agents
• Strong hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in modern programming languages: Python, Java, and optionally Perl or Cadence SKILL
• Expertise in AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and related automation tools
• Understanding of semiconductor workflows for chip-package-board CoDesign using modern EDA tools (nice to have)
