*Main Responsibilities:
Order management

  • Coordinate order management activities and track business targets.
  • Manage Tier-e and installer orders, as well as utility project orders.
  • Prepare forecasts, review quarterly and annual results, and ensure accurate daily reporting.

Department Coordination

  • Support business meetings and supply-related forecasting.
  • Assist in project initiation, analysis, risk control, and closure.
  • Coordinate resources and communication between internal teams and partners.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update key account information and customer plans.
  • Support client visits, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Track customer targets and prepare event or project summaries.

Compliance and Internal Control

  • Ensure projects meet internal compliance and reporting standards.
  • Conduct regular self-inspections and monitor performance.
  • Support transparency and accountability across all project activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations, or order management, preferably in a technical or energy-related industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in planning and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of forecasting, project timelines, and risk control processes.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English.
