We are looking for a motivated Buyer to join our team.

You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with approved suppliers, track deliveries, handle invoices and support internal departments to ensure smooth and timely procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Processing purchase requests with already approved and contracted suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate order execution.


• Managing the full purchasing cycle, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies.


• Handling supplier invoices, checking accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes, and coordinating with Finance for timely payment.


• Maintaining clear and up-to-date records of all purchases, contracts and correspondence.


• Preparing regular purchasing reports for management, including spend summaries, supplier performance and budget tracking.


• Coordinating with internal departments to confirm requirements, delivery timelines and any changes to planned orders.


• Ensuring all purchasing activities comply with internal procedures and approved supplier agreements.

Requirements:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.


• Solid PC operating knowledge (computer skills).


• Negotiation and communication skills.

Intermediate level English (written and spoken).
