Principalele responsabilități vor fi:


• Activarea,intretinerea si dezvoltarea colaborarilor cu Partenerii din Regiunea Olteniei(Dolj, Gorj, Valcea, Olt, Mehedinti), pentru a atinge obiectivele de crestere a vanzarilor de leasing si a profitabilitatii afacerii;


• Promovarea și creșterea vizibilității serviciilor de leasing, către Parteneri si clientii potentiali generati de acestia;


• Identificarea si dezvoltarea de noi Parteneriate in regiune;


• Colaborarea cu colegii din echipa comercială de vanzari directe, cât și cu cei din celelalte departamente, pentru atingerea obiectivelor;


• Propuneri imbunatire procese interne si produse adaptate, cu scopul eficientizarii activitatii si dezvoltarii Parteneriatelor existente si viitoare.

• Experienta de munca in Institutii Financiare/ Leasing/Dealeri Auto constituie un avantaj;


• Este entuziasmat de provocări și are abilități excelente de rezolvare a problemelor;


• Are dorința de a se dezvolta și de a evolua în fiecare zi;


• Găsește echilibrul între orientarea către client și cea către rezultate;


• Are bune abilități de comunicare, organizare și dă dovadă de inițiativă;


• Permis de conducere categoria B.
