Căutăm un Compliance Specialist organizat și proactiv cu experiență

Poate fi profilul tău dacă:

– studii superioare în domeniul juridic finalizate și interes pentru un mediu în care corectitudinea și respectarea regulilor sunt importante,

– experiență relevantă pe funcția de Compliance Officer, consilier juridic de minimum 3 ani (constituie un avantaj experiența în retail),

– cunoștințe solide de legislație (concurență, prevenirea spălării banilor și combaterea terorismului, protecția datelor cu caracter personal și legea privind avertizorii de integritate etc.),

– cunoștințe privind evaluarea riscurilor;

– abilități de a conduce investigații cu privire la cazurile de neconformare care pot apărea în cadrul societății,

– atenție la detalii, gândire critică și capacitatea de a identifica rapid neconformități sau situații cu risc,

– cunoștințe bune de Excel și limba engleză la nivel mediu/avansat.
