Suntem în căutare de Quality Project Lead pentru departamentul de Customer Quality din Satu Mare.
Responsabilități:
Monitorizarea și optimizarea sistemului de management al calității;Coordonarea și documentarea analizelor de neconformitate;Integrarea cerințelor clientului în documentația internă de calitate;Participarea la validări interne, audituri, ședințe FMEA și procese de re-aprobarel;Suport în definirea și implementarea proceselor de serie și a planurilor de control;Centralizarea și analiza indicatorilor de calitate;Inițierea și susținerea de sesiuni de instruire privind metodele de calitate.Profil:
Studii superioare finalizate;Experiență de 3–5 ani în departamentul de Calitate;Cunoașterea metodelor de analiză a problemelor: 5W, Ishikawa, 8D;Cunoașterea standardelor: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC;Abilități de lucru cu sistemele MS Office;Cunoștințe de limba engleză – nivel avansat; limba germană reprezintă un avantaj;Orientat spre procese și satisfacția clientului, cu abilități analitice solide și capacitate de rezolvare eficientă a problemelor. Este esențială o atitudine proactivă, flexibilitate în gândire, spirit de echipă și o orientare clară spre obiectivele de calitate și îmbunătățire continuă.Beneficii:
