You'll be the technical engine of our lab, responsible for the initial assembly or reworking of complex test solutions to support the test engineer development team. Fabricating high-quality test systems based on detailed engineering specifications. Performing initial assembly, soldering, rework, and debugging of PCB assemblies and prototypes. Providing hands-on technical lab support throughout the entire project assembly lifecycle. Ensuring system-level wiring and assembly meets exacting standards. Provide quality products and services to all internal and external customers. Supports the evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices are used throughout the functional group. General office equipment and materials. Intermediate Computer Skills. Intermediate Decision making, Problem Solving Skills. Intermediate Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Possess knowledge of IPC J Standards & IPC 620 Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in the soldering leaded, surface-mount and fine-pitch components. Familiarity with ESD control. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low-medium noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal-medium physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
