Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software Implementation Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as software implementation, consultancy on HRM software solutions, and providing support throughout the whole team.

This role is on-site and located in Bucharest, Romania.

Qualifications

  • Software Implementation skills,
    minimum of 2 years
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in consulting and client interaction, minimum of 2 years
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest
  • Knowledge of HRM processes is a huge plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field such as Human Resources/Payroll
