Fleet Sales Key Account
. The role is located in Bucharest and require on-site and field activity.

Role Description

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for driving B2B sales performance by developing new client relationships and strengthening partnerships with existing corporate customers. This role focuses on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the sales cycle – from prospecting and negotiation to contract finalization and vehicle delivery.

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, dealers, financing partners, and authorized service providers to ensure efficient processes and successful business outcomes. The Fleet Sales Manager plays a key role in growing the company's fleet sales channel, consolidating brand positioning, and building long-term partnerships in the automotive market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies, both directly and through the dealer network.
  • Identify and engage new fleet customers, manage the sales process from offer to delivery, and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Negotiate sales and financing contracts with clients, dealers, and financing partners.
  • Coordinate with authorized partners for commercial vehicle transformations and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Monitor and manage the entire sales and delivery process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define sales strategies and build customized sales procedures for fleet clients.
  • Prepare and present business plans, sales forecasts, and regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Conduct competitive analysis (pricing, sales strategies, incentives, product offering) to strengthen market positioning.
  • Promote the company's brands and products in alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process, maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with after-sales teams to guarantee a seamless post-sales experience for fleet clients.
  • Support logistics and financing operations to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Participate in internal and external sales events and promotional activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed higher education).
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating sales teams.
  • Solid background in the automotive industry (mandatory).
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
