Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement a technology- and process-driven performance tracking system for Schaeffler Core Manufacturing Technologies.
  • Design and establish interactive dashboards to visualize performance metrics and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources such as SAP systems and data lakes using tools like KNIME, SQL, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with MTnet (Manufacturing Technology Network) to define performance targets and monitor progress through data-based improvement actions.
  • Translate findings into the Schaeffler Manufacturing Technology Portfolio, ensuring alignment of priorities across divisions and regional entities.
  • Continuously refine the Manufacturing Technology Strategy through external benchmarking and internal assessments.
  • Develop advanced KPIs to quantify and evaluate the impact of manufacturing technologies on current operations and future business success.
  • Represents the manufacturing technology performance tracking and Technology Portfolio Strategy as a key internal and external ambassador, engaging with suppliers, universities and other research partners.
  • Showcases Strategy and Achievements at cross-company conventions and leadership forums (e.g., Operations Boards, Global Operations Exchange, Global Program Councils).

Ihr Profil

  • Graduate Degree - Engineering, Production Engineering.
  • 5+ years professional experience in manufacturing technologies, best with international cooperation.
  • Working experience with SAP and Data Lakes.
  • Knowledge in data preparation and visualization by PowerBI, Knime and/or SQL.
  • Proficient in English -spoken and written.
  • Experience working in virtual teams (some leadership experience preferred).
  • Teamwork, communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • High motivation and self-organization skills.
