Education and General Competencies:

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Statistics, Business Informatics, or Logistics);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, logical functions);
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and interpretation;
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret performance indicators (sales, volume, average price, profitability);
  • Clear and concise communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and results-driven approach;
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and respect for deadlines.

Knowledge / Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an analysis, reporting, or control role (preferred);
  • Experience working with databases and internal systems (CRM, ERP, Power BI – advantage);
  • Understanding of commercial and operational flows in logistics/courier services is a strong plus;
  • Ability to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities within commercial data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, consolidating, and validating data from various sources (sales, operations, finance);
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and sales teams;
  • Monitoring performance indicators (volume, revenue, margin, indexation, losses, etc.);
  • Automating and improving periodic reports;
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align data and interpret results.

Foreign Languages:

  • English – intermediate to advanced level (required for international projects).

Technical Knowledge (advantage):

  • Power BI or other data visualization tools;
  • Google Sheets and collaborative online reporting.
