The Team – your impact
As a Consultant Process Automation Business Analysis (f/m/d), you'll be an essential part of our Automation Team at E.ON Software Development. Acting as a technical consultant and sparring partner for our stakeholders, you don't just analyze and optimize processes — you shape the future of how we automate them. You design and implement smart, scalable and intelligent automation solutions tailored to our customers' needs. From Low-Code platforms (e.g., Power Platform) to RPA and workflow automation using E.ON's BPM technology, you guide stakeholders through the entire automation journey and help bring intelligent processes to life.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
You advise our various E.ON entities on making their business processes smarter, faster, and more digital — and show them which automation technologies truly create impact.
You design creative, tailor-made automation solutions that simplify workflows and deliver real value.
You plan and facilitate interactive workshops where you explore new ideas and optimization potential with different business teams.
You map out the "big picture" of complex processes, break them down into clear, manageable steps, and make them easy for everyone to understand.
You translate requirements into modern user stories and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that feel great to use.
You take ownership of your automation solutions end-to-end — from development to production — as a fully embedded member of one of our DevOps crews.
You share your knowledge, bring in best practices, and help the whole team grow together.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
A sharp analytical mindset to penetrate complex challenges with AI and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
Several years of practical experience in process automation (BPM, RPA, Citizen Development/Low-Code).
Confidence in process modeling (BPMN) and excellent visualization techniques.
Experience in agile working environments (Scrum, Kanban, unFIX), iterative work, fast feedback loops, and teamwork.
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, professional stakeholder management.
