Suntem in cautarea unui Regional Field Operation Manager pentru zona: Bucuresti, Arges, Brasov. Aceasta persoana o sa contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor companiei prin planificarea, coordonarea, implementarea si monitorizarea activitatilor in teritoriul desemnat, tinand cont de recomandarile Codului International de Marketing al Substituientilor de Lapte Matern si a legislatiei locale.

O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:

  • Planifici si implementezi in teritoriul alocat activitatile medicale, in conformitate cu obiectivele si strategiile agreate.
  • Instruiesti membrii echipei si te ocupi de management-ul acestora.
  • Mentii contactul cu liderii de opinie regionali si participi la congrese medicale.
  • Implementezi si controlezi bugetul si planul aprobate - organizezi si stabilesti obiectivele in teren.
  • Monitorizezi datele de marketing, inclusiv activitatile concurentei.
  • Dezvolti si planifici rute pentru membrii echipei in cel mai eficient mod si conditii de siguranta, utilizand cat mai eficient resursele.
  • Te implici activ si coordonezi proiecte la nivel national legate de activitatea echipei.
  • Respecti si asiguri implementarea Codului International de Marketing adoptat de OMS.

Cum poti avea succes?

  • Studii superioare in medicina, biologie, bio-chimie, farmacie sau alte domenii conexe
  • Experienta de minim 8 ani in domeniu, intr-o pozitie similara sau conexa
  • Gandire strategica
  • Cunostinte operationale de vanzari
  • Engleza la nivel conversational
  • Ms Office nivel mediu
  • Permis de conducere valid
  • Disponibilitate de a calatori si de a activa in conditii de stres si cu termene limita stranse
