Are you passionate about turning data into clear, actionable insights? MOL România is looking for a Research and Data Analyst in our Retail Marketing team to support smarter marketing decisions through advanced analytics, customer insights, and market research
.

What you'll do

  • :Analyze marketing, loyalty, and category performance data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunitie
  • sProvide monthly and quarterly analysis on brand tracking, loyalty performance, and campaign effectivenes
  • sDevelop business cases for marketing initiatives, using historical data and clear financial logi
  • cConduct competitor monitoring and consumer behavior research, turning insights into strategic recommendation
  • sTrack and report key KPIs and marketing budget performanc
  • eCollaborate with Group and local teams on research studies, data projects, and analytics reportin
  • gUse tools like Power BI, Excel, and statistical software to visualize and communicate finding
  • sEnsure that data insights lead to concrete action plans and support ongoing commercial decision
