Robotics Software Engineer
care să dezvolte și să integreze software-ul de control al roboților noștri, folosind ROS 2 și cele mai moderne tehnologii din robotică.

Succesul în acest rol înseamnă: pachete ROS2 stabile, simulări realiste și integrarea fluidă a senzorilor și mecanicii în sisteme funcționale. Vei colabora direct cu echipele de hardware și software pentru a transforma prototipurile în roboți reali.

Responsabilități

Dezvolți și întreții pachete ROS 2 (noduri, mesaje, servicii, acțiuni).


Integrezi senzori (IMU, LIDAR, camere RGB-D) și procesezi date pentru modulele de control.


Configurezi și rulezi simulări în Gazebo/ignition, definind URDF/SDF și plugin-uri.


Implementezi și ajustezi controlere (PID, model-based), testate în simulare și pe prototipuri reale.


Scrii și rulezi teste unitare/integrate, automatizate prin CI/CD.


Colaborezi cu echipele mecanice și electronice pentru integrarea completă a robotului.


Documentezi API-uri, launch files și mentenanța pachetelor software.

Calificări

Experiență practică cu
ROS 2
(pachete, noduri, parametrizare, lifecycle).


Limbaje:
C++ modern (11/14/17)
și
Python
.


Bune cunoștințe
Linux (Ubuntu LTS)
: debugging, shell scripting, systemd.


Experiență cu
Gazebo
(worlds, URDF/SDF, plugin-uri, senzori virtuali).


Control & cinematică: implementare controlere, noțiuni de cinematică directă/inversă.


Versionare & CI:
git
, pipeline-uri CI, unit testing.


Debugging robotic: rviz2, rqt, ros2 tools, bagging & logging.

Calificări utile


Experiență cu real-time (preempt-RT, RT kernels).


Cunoștințe DDS/RMW și parametri QoS ROS 2.


Algoritmi: state estimation (EKF/UKF), motion/path planning, SLAM, odometry.


Percepție: OpenCV, PCL, deep learning inference (TensorRT/ONNX).


Prototipare pe
Raspberry Pi/Jetson
, cross-compilation pe MCU.


CI robotică (simulări headless în Gazebo).

Soft skills:


Gândire sistemică și orientată spre soluții.


Comunicare clară cu echipele interdisciplinare.


Capacitate de debugging sub presiune și prioritizare corectă a problemelor.


Curiozitate și echilibru între simulare și testare pe hardware real.


Responsabilitate pentru siguranța și stabilitatea roboților.
