Requirements and responsibilities

Join us to lead a strategically critical B2B product within the financial services sector, focused on mobility and automotive data. This role combines data strategy, AI-powered insights, and complex stakeholder alignment to drive real impact across a large product landscape. You'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and business, turning fragmented systems into a unified, insight-driven experience for end users.

This position is ideal for a hands-on product leader with a strong background in data platforms, applied AI, and enterprise product delivery.

What you'll do

1. Strategic Product Leadership

Own a cross-functional product initiative that consolidates multiple existing tools and platforms into one cohesive solution.
Drive the product vision and roadmap across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and platform strategy.
Shape a scalable AI-powered product that transforms raw data into actionable insights for internal and external users.

2. Data-Driven Product Development

Define and prioritize features that enable intelligent decision-making, automation, and personalized recommendations.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data teams to design and deliver features such as predictive analytics, automated scoring, or cross-/upsell logic.
Apply your knowledge of data structures and information architecture to make the product scalable and future-proof.

3. Delivery & Execution

Manage multiple delivery streams within a large and diverse team setup, ensuring alignment across product, design, engineering, and data.
Break down strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear success metrics and milestones.
Navigate shifting requirements and high complexity, including stakeholder inputs from acquired product units.

4. Stakeholder Management

Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, aligning expectations across business, technical, and design functions.
Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives and ensure stakeholder buy-in at every stage.
Adapt quickly to change while keeping delivery on track and focused on outcomes.

What you'll bring

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled applications.
Strong understanding of data infrastructure, analytics workflows, and how to turn data into valuable product experiences.
Experience with AI/ML use cases and how they can create value in enterprise products (e.g., scoring models, insight generation, automation).
A track record of owning product delivery across large, cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Experience building features that support cross- and upselling, personalization, or customer segmentation.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work across time zones and remote setups.
A structured, proactive, and pragmatic mindset—able to drive clarity in complexity.

Nice to have

Background in financial services or mobility-related industries.
Familiarity with product frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done, Double Diamond, or Lean Canvas.
Experience leading product development in post-M&A environments or in consolidation programs.
