About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
Ruby on Rails Developer
to join our growing development team in Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling web applications using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using
    Ruby on Rails
    .
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience with
    Ruby on Rails
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    object-oriented programming

    MVC architecture

    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Proficiency with
    PostgreSQL

    , or other relational databases.
  • Experience with

  • Familiarity with
