Principal Services Architect

We are seeking our new Principal Services Architect to join the Axway team You will implement consulting services in accordance with client requirements and perform complex solution implementation assignments without assistance from the Direct Manager.

• Monitors the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and takes appropriate actions to maintain the service quality for Cloud services;
• Keeps up to date on technical advances in a specialized field;
• Resolves technical problems brought up by junior staff on solutions and trains such staff in Company techniques, principally by on-the-job training;
• Fulfills senior consultancy roles (often specialized) where the implementation of advice or plans proposed has a major bearing on the effective usage of IT in client organizations;
• Analyzes and implements software using specific procedures and the available diagnostic tools, to meet clients project requirements;
• Following the analysis / testing, performs a diagnosis of the different complexity problems, drawing up a report of the results of such a diagnosis in a clear and concise manner;
• Based on the analysis performed, draws up reports on the details of the installed or uninstalled software components, updating the future development of the project according to the new specifications;
• In a team or in an independent manner,  carries out various missions/complex consulting activities; 
• Follows the technical/functional specifications of the project he is involved in, considering already existing IT solutions;
• Ensures implementation of technical projects in full and considering the project team's requests/needs;
• Provides assistance in the project's implementation/development by providing the knowledge and specialized expertise in the areas of activity related to the project;
• Has administrative responsibilities according to the requirements of the project in which he is involved;
• Provides the technical and/or functional expertise required to implement a software project or to integrate existing software systems. 

• Autonomous in at least one Database software; 
• Proficient in Testing tools; 
• Autonomous in Testing methodology; 
• Proficient in Production methodology and tools; 
• Autonomous with at least one Scripting language; 
• Proficient in one Software Solution; 
• Autonomous in one Programming language; 
• Expert in more than one Software component; 
• Familiar with Networking and communications; 
• Autonomous in Operating systems; 
• Familiar with Communication protocols; 
• Expert in Customizing; 
• Proficient in at least one Business industry and one Business domain;
