The Mission

OneCMS is the targeted Group solution for delivering web content to internal and eternal sites with high traffic volumes with the aim to provide a performant, reliable, usable & secure solution.

Our project leverages cutting-edge technologies like Astro and Lit Web Components to create dynamic, user-friendly web eperiences.

You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development with epertise in web components and/or component based JavaScript frameworks, a solid understanding of web technologies and eperience with , API integration, and error-handling best practices.

Your day to day:

Even if you'll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office's garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

• Develop frontend by using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS;
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Components need to be A11Y compliant with AA standard;
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end components to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction, implementing automated testing (Playwright) and unit tests;
  Optimize frontend code for ma- imum performance and efficiency, implementing best practices to enhance page loading times and overall responsiveness;
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail;
• Work closely with the development team to define and refine technical requirements, and project timelines;
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve code quality and maintainability;
• Demo to other team members and stakeholders;
• Stay dedicated to our Orange Code culture: take it and make it happen, be helpful & stay one step ahead.

What you'll bring to the team:

Eperience: more than 3 years of JavaScript, NodeJS development.

Tech stack/ knowledge:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or relevant field;
• Adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility;
• BDD/TDD mindset;
• Fluent in English (written and verbal);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• A team player who is open to sharing knowledge and learning from a great team of engineers;
  E- perience of working in a cross-functional Agile Team;
• Prepared to take the Banker's Oath just like any other ING employee.

Foreign languages: English (advanced).

Education: nice to have Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an IT related field.
