About the Role

As an
Expansion Partner
, you will be at the forefront of our growth, directly responsible for identifying and securing top-tier locations for our convenience store chain. Your success will be measured by your ability to find the best commercial real estate opportunities, present compelling cases and finalize successful lease agreements. You must have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and possess the negotiation skills required to close deals that align with our strategic needs.

This role is focused on the Constanța region in Romania. Candidates from Constanța and its surrounding areas are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Location Sourcing & Analysis
    : Proactively identify and evaluate potential sites for new convenience stores.
  • Project Presentations:
    Develop and present comprehensive business cases to the Investment Committee
    ,
  • Negotiation and Contracting:
    Lead all negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and conditions, and finalize and sign contracts for new sites.
  • Market Expertise
    : Maintain a deep and current understanding of the commercial real estate market and its trends, with a specific focus on retail properties suitable for convenience stores.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, landlords, and other key market players to build a robust pipeline of future opportunities

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven Experience in a similar commercial real estate role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Understanding of the commercial real estate market
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both Romanian and English, enabling fluent verbal and written communication.
