We're looking for a
seasoned Audio Engineer
passionate about high-end audio solutions (conference systems, DSPs, advanced acoustics). If you're the type who hears an echo and immediately thinks "room calibration," we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into complete audio system designs (schematics, SOWs, configuration documents).
  • Build system architecture using DSP platforms (Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Xilica etc.), acoustic simulation tools, and other AV design software.
  • Configure, program, and fine-tune DSPs, matrix routers, microphones, amplifiers and related peripherals – remotely and on-site.
  • Travel to client locations across Romania and EU for measurements, calibrations, installations, and technical alignment meetings.
  • Provide post-install support during commissioning and handover phases.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, and integration team to ensure technical accuracy, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

What we are looking for

  • Strong hands-on experience in audio system design and implementation (example of AV setups: conference rooms, boardrooms, training spaces, conference systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency with DSP configuration software and audio system schematics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, perfectionism, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel (~20–30%) for on-site support (national & EU).

Nice to have

  • Certifications in AVIXA, Biamp, QSC, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with acoustic simulations and measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoom/Teams Room integrations and AV-over-IP.
