Influencer Manager

Main purpose of the job

Develop and execute influencer and UGC (User Generated Content) marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, by building strong relationships with creators and coordinating impactful campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Job profile

  • Research, identify, and recruit UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms, in line with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to ensure consistent, high-quality content output.
  • Design and implement UGC-driven influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand positioning and performance goals (awareness, engagement, conversions).
  • Write clear creative briefs, hooks, scripts, and simple storyboards to guide creators in producing authentic and compelling content.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with creators (e-mail, DM, calls), ensuring clarity on expectations, timelines and deliverables.
  • Negotiate compensation, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and deliverables while staying within budget guidelines and brand requirements.
  • Coordinate contracts, timelines and approvals throughout each campaign lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and media buying teams to ensure influencer content supports campaign messaging and performance strategy.
  • Monitor and track performance of influencer / UGC campaigns together with the media buying team; identify what works, what doesn't, and propose optimizations.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats, and translate them into actionable ideas for creators.
  • Ensure all content and collaborations reflect the brand's voice, values, and compliance requirements.

Candidate profile

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or UGC management.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and of what makes content engaging and shareable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and content that converts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines and performance targets.
  • Experience using influencer platforms / tools is a strong plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment.
