Job purpose:

Facilitate sales growth and strengthen commercial relationships by efficiently managing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities; using human, technical, and commercial resources, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Actively contribute to market development by providing tailored technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial relationship
    s; by overseeing interactions with existing and prospective clients, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities; by conducting in-depth market research, analyzing customer needs and product trends
  • Lead client engagement initiatives; by pl
    anning and executing regular customer visits,
    identifying current and future client needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration; by engaging closely with technical and production teams to design tailored solutions,
    prepare commercial offers, and negotiate and implement contracts aligned with operational capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Contribute to sales strategy development
    ; by supporting the creation and execution of local sales strategies grounded in regional and global market insights
  • Drive market analysis and sales forecasting; by compiling and analyzing sales data, market performance, and customer behavior to generate accurate forecasts
  • Monitors performance indicators
    , identifying improvement areas, and proposing actions to enhance processes, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and nondisclosure agreement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (preferably with a strong technical foundation).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in automotive or cable field,
    with focus on B2B,
    technical, industrial sales or customer relations.
  • Open to delegations to the client's location in the EU and outside the EU
  • Technical competencies related to:
    industrial processes, engineering principles, and product technical specifications (especially in a B2B or manufacturing environment). Sales strategies, customer relationship management, market segmentation, and product positioning
  • Behavioral competencies:
    Communication, Building Relationships, Self-Development, Personal Effectiveness, Business Skills, Time management; Proactivity; Negotiation skills; problem solving and analytical skills; Persuasion
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Advance English level.
