We are seeking a dynamic
Lead Full-stack Developer (Kotlin/React)
to spearhead the digital transformation within our Finance department.

As part of the DevOps Finance P2P team, you will play a crucial role in modernizing our systems to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Join us and be at the forefront of driving substantial change with cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the DevOps Finance P2P team to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple systems
  • Lead the transition from an older tech stack (Oracle 12 Forms) to state-of-the-art software products
  • Bridge the gap between data and users using web services
  • Manage the upkeep of existing legacy systems alongside other developers
  • Perform deep dives to understand and resolve complexities within systems
  • Ensure a smooth transition of applications critical to daily employee functions
  • Oversee backend and frontend developments ensuring seamless integration and functionality
  • Embrace and adapt to evolving technological environments in project executions
  • Maintain accountability for project deliverables and timelines

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Kotlin and React, with at least 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Background in both frontend and backend development frameworks
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and capability to create deployment scripts (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt processes
  • Understanding of web services and messaging within software development
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud providers
  • Experience in the Retail Tech field
