Job Purpose:

Medical Science Liaison (MSL) acts as a bridge between Chiesi and healthcare professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders in the medical community. MSLs play a crucial role in disseminating accurate and up-to-date scientific information about the company's products, therapies, and areas of research.

MSLs work on field and in cross-departmental projects, providing excellent customer service to the medical community through in-depth scientific interactions, presentations and detailed clinical data.

The MSL role will have national coverage and will be part of an international team - RD CEE; therefore, the right candidate must have great travel availability.

Main responsibilities:

· Promotion of company medical products available in the country

· Transmit benefits of products in face-to-face and digital interactions with HCPs.

· Conduct face-to-face individual or group meetings and presentations to deliver product marketing information, respecting internal procedures

· Manage high-quality discussions with KOLs

· Develop efficient territory management utilizing mixed channels, traditional and digital

· Provide reports in timely and accurate manner

· Participate in medical training programs and pass internal medical quizzes with high results

· Stay informed about market trends and new developments in the medical and healthcare sector

· Act as a team player, being proactive and respecting all team members

· Promote sustainability behaviours

· Respect all company policies and procedures in all duties

About our future colleague

Qualifications:

· Experience in a similar role, as a medical/pharma Representative

· University education (medical background or related is an advantage – human medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, biology, psychology, etc.)

· At least medium level of English language

· IT field usage and knowhow

· Driver's license (category B)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer centricity approach

· Being motivated for extra mile and to personal development
