About the Role

We are seeking experienced TTP-certified painters to join our team for large-scale bridge and steel structure projects in Romania, with potential assignments in Belgium and Austria.

You will be responsible for surface preparation, anti-corrosion coating, and industrial painting in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, blasting, priming)
• Apply protective coatings (airless or conventional spray)
• Work at heights and in industrial environments
• Follow TTP, safety, and environmental standards
• Collaborate effectively with site supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Valid TTP certificate (Train the Painter) – minimum Bronze or Silver level
• Proven experience on bridge or steel structure projects
• Ability to work at height and in all weather conditions
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for EU countries
• Willingness to travel and work abroad (Belgium / Austria)
• Knowledge of English or another EU language is an advantage
