As a Fullstack Engineer, you won't just write code—you'll build impactful solutions that shape how businesses engage with customers and drive revenue. Working at the intersection of innovation and user experience, you'll craft new features, optimize performance, and solve complex technical puzzles. You'll have ownership across the stack and play a key role in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions that empower users and elevate our platform.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack features for our Enablement Operating System (eOS)
• Write clean, robust, and testable code for both backend and frontend applications
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
• Own the software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—in an agile, iterative environment
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and security
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems, databases, and messaging services
• Become a subject-matter expert on specific components, features, or systems and drive innovation in your area

Must Haves
What we're looking for

• A collaborative spirit and passion for working in a team
• Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks
• Proficiency in backend development with languages like TypeScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python
• Understanding of complex cloud architectures and an eye for improvements
• Experience working in cloud environments, ideally AWS
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital asset management or content management systems
• Background in building SaaS products
• Experience with PHP
